How to get involved

The Mini Olympic Games are a free recreation clinic for foster youth to come enjoy sports, games and team events. We welcome volunteers from all backgrounds and experience. Volunteers will be responsible for a variety of activities based on preference and experience including coaching, mentoring, playing, check in, etc. People often ask if you need to be an expert to come out and work with the kids. You DO NOT need to be an expert or have any sports experience. We welcome volunteers with all levels of experience and a passion for working with youth. We hope to see you at an upcoming event!
All volunteers are asked to meet these requirements prior to volunteering:

– Register below with your personal information
– Grant access for a background check (no cost)
– Review orientation materials and event expectations
– Upon completion of registering and approval of background check, you will be contacted by a representative with further event details
